Job Summary
Leading energy market development initiatives, the full-time Indiana Energy Market Lead will negotiate energy supply agreements, shape regulatory policies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable and cost-effective power solutions for data centers, with remote work eligibility.
Key responsibilities
- Lead evaluations of energy regulatory and policy environments in Indiana and the U.S. Central region, monitoring industry trends and emerging tariffs
- Develop energy market solutions and engagement strategies for the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission (IURC) and MISO/PJM
- Advocate for clean energy and grid reliability by partnering with MISO/PJM committees, trade associations, and local stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 10 years of experience leading negotiations or business development
- Experience in clean energy policy and regulation in the U.S. Central region
- Knowledge of key stakeholders and market trends within Indiana, MISO, and PJM
- Demonstrated success in driving outcomes in energy regulatory and legislative arenas
