Job Summary

A company is looking for an Indiana Executive Director and Midwest Partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team to achieve conservation and fundraising goals
• Serve as the primary spokesperson for the organization, engaging with various stakeholders to promote its mission
• Collaborate with regional leaders to shape conservation strategies and initiatives across the Midwest

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least seven years of leadership experience in conservation, nonprofit, or related sectors
• Proven management experience with the ability to motivate and lead a large team
• Experience in cultivating high-level donors to meet fundraising objectives
• Demonstrated strategic fiscal management skills for long-term sustainability
• Experience working in both U.S. and global contexts is preferred
