Indiana Fundraising Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement a comprehensive plan to achieve an income portfolio goal of at least $300,000 through 2-3 fundraising events annually
• Support recruitment and stewardship of event participants and community partners in collaboration with the Director of Development
• Analyze event performance and ensure adherence to budgets while providing projections and reports

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in fundraising, event management, and donor relations
• Experience with Peer-to-Peer campaign fundraising and strategic planning preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and video conferencing software; experience with Salesforce or similar CRM preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff and volunteers at all levels
