Indiana Grant Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Grant Analyst to oversee operational processes, financial stewardship, and data integrity for funded subrecipients of the Rural Health Transformation Program.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement risk-based monitoring processes for subrecipients in accordance with grant requirements
• Conduct compliance reviews and provide technical assistance to strengthen subrecipient capacity
• Analyze financial documentation and data submitted by subrecipients to ensure accuracy and compliance

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent experience with 4-6 years in program evaluation, grant oversight, or data analysis
• Extensive knowledge of federal and state laws related to finance and programmatic divisions
• Advanced knowledge of PeopleSoft Financials and Microsoft Office products
• Ability to develop new procedures and modify existing policies
• Experience with data analysis and report preparation
