Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager in the Retirement Plan Services business line.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain client satisfaction to retain existing clients through relationship building
• Collaborate with internal partners to establish balanced resolutions to challenges
• Educate clients and implement solutions for their retirement plans while exploring and leading organizational projects

Required Qualifications

• 3 - 5+ years of experience in relationship management and/or the retirement industry
• FINRA S6 license or ability to obtain within 180 days of hire
• ASPPA RPF certification or ability to obtain within 180 days of hire
• 4-year degree or equivalent work experience
• Demonstrated strong relationship management skills
