Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager who will serve as a liaison and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage large amounts of incoming calls and generate sales leads
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through effective communication
• Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions while maintaining records of interactions

Qualifications:

• Active Property and Casualty License preferred
• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
• Track record of over-achieving quota
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• High school degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
