Detail-oriented and collaborative, the full-time Indiana Licensed Agent Services Representative will manage agent documentation processing, onboarding support, and licensing inquiries while working remotely to ensure compliance and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities:

• Process and maintain agent demographic changes and records accurately
• Review onboarding paperwork and assist agents with licensing requirements
• Handle state appointments and lifecycle events in accordance with regulatory standards

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of operations, customer service, or transaction-processing experience
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
