Job Summary

Detail-oriented and collaborative, the full-time Indiana Licensed Agent Services Representative will manage the processing of agent documentation, maintain agent records, and support onboarding and licensing efforts in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process agent demographic changes and maintain data integrity across internal platforms
• Review onboarding paperwork and assist agents with licensing inquiries and state-specific obligations
• Handle state appointments, renewals, and terminations while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of operations, customer service, or transaction-processing experience
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional attention to detail in high-volume transactional processing
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
