Job Summary
To oversee a growing ambulatory line of business, the full-time Indiana Licensed Ambulatory Pharmacy Manager will manage daily operations, collaborate with healthcare leaders, and implement strategic initiatives while supporting a diverse team across multiple service lines, with a remote option available requiring periodic onsite presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of ambulatory clinical pharmacists, residents, and pharmacy technicians
- Collaborate with pharmacy leadership and healthcare professionals to advance ambulatory pharmacy services
- Oversee daily operations of ambulatory pharmacy services, ensuring compliance with regulatory and billing standards
Required Qualifications
- Pharmacy degree from an ACPE accredited institution with completion of a PGY 2 ambulatory care residency program or equivalent experience
- Pharmacy licensure, or eligibility, in Indiana and Ohio
- Leadership experience required; three years of healthcare supervision preferred
- Expertise in clinical pharmacy operations, regulatory compliance, and program development
- Board certification (e.g., BCACP) and advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MHA, MPH) are desirable
