Job Summary

A company is looking for an Annuity and Client Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Coach and develop a team of licensed agents to ensure compliant and empathetic client experiences
• Manage client retention strategies and oversee the implementation of asset retention programs
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the client experience and address any obstacles to satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Experience leading and managing a team
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Active Life and Health License required
• Series 6 & 63 Licenses required; Series 26 License required or ability to obtain within 30 days
• Strong preference for backgrounds in financial services or annuities
