Job Summary
To support the Indiana Bureau of Better Aging, the full-time Indiana Licensed APS Lead Supervisor will oversee and develop APS Supervisors and investigative staff, ensuring compliance with project requirements and quality standards while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and performance management to APS Supervisory staff, including coaching and training
- Monitor project-wide productivity and compliance with service level agreements and quality standards
- Conduct quality assurance reviews and assess team performance related to investigative practices
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; preferred fields include Social Work, Human Services, or Criminal Justice
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in coaching and developing staff
- Strong understanding of investigative practices related to abuse, neglect, and adult services
- Experience planning and conducting complex investigations
- Ability to analyze information and make sound recommendations in a fast-paced environment
