Job Summary
A company is looking for an Assistant Finance Manager to assist in financial and strategic management needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage financial and accounting business matters in accordance with established procedures and standards
- Develop and train bookkeeping and accounting support personnel to ensure quality service
- Provide strategic management advice and service, focusing on the needs of large group practices
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Licensed Certified Public Accountant preferred
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years' experience in public accounting or healthcare financial management
- Solid understanding of financial accounting, taxation, and physician practice management
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite of products including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
