Job Summary
To support a growing program, the full-time Indiana Licensed Autism Program Manager will manage ASD/ABA provider performance, drive program effectiveness, and lead quality improvement initiatives while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage ASD/ABA provider performance through data analysis and performance improvement initiatives
- Partner with providers and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and enhance quality and member outcomes
- Lead projects and strategic initiatives while mentoring team members and sharing best practices
Required qualifications
- Independently Licensed Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field; Licensed Ph.D.; or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- 2+ years of experience with ASD or Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in a managed care or clinical/program setting
- Experience supporting provider engagement, quality improvement, and program operations related to ASD/ABA
- Demonstrated ability to analyze clinical or operational information and recommend improvements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and possess a dedicated home workspace with reliable high-speed internet
