Job Summary

A company is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and interpret patient records to determine medical necessity and appropriateness of care
• Process consultant decisions and ensure accurate documentation of denial reasons
• Assess and evaluate daily workload, adjusting work schedules to meet departmental demands

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA)
• Certified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) as a BCBA
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• 3+ years of recent clinical experience in behavior analysis
• 1+ years of experience in Utilization Management, Utilization Review, or Prior Authorization
