Job Summary

A company is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Reviews and interprets patient records to determine medical necessity and appropriateness of care
• Determines approval or initiates consultation, ensuring detailed documentation of denial reasons
• Assesses and adjusts daily workload to meet departmental demands while maintaining accuracy and timeliness

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) or willingness to obtain an LBA license in Indiana within 90 days
• Certified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) as a BCBA
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• 3+ years of recent clinical experience in the behavior analysis field
• 1+ years of experience in Utilization Management, Utilization Review, or Prior Authorization
