Job Summary

A company is looking for a Virtual Behavioral Health Crisis Assessment Counselor for a full-time remote position from 7 AM to 5 PM.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitates individual, group, and family counseling while ensuring patient involvement in treatment
• Conducts mental health assessments and provides therapeutic interventions for discharge planning
• Acts as a liaison for child and adult protective services and addresses cases of abuse and neglect

Required Qualifications

• Relevant degree in psychology, social work, or a related field
• Experience in behavioral health counseling or crisis intervention
• Knowledge of community resources and support systems
• Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare teams
• Familiarity with legal and ethical issues in mental health care
