Indiana Licensed Breast Imaging Radiologist

Job Summary

To support an expanding breast imaging section, the full-time Assistant/Associate Professor of Clinical Radiology, Breast Imaging will provide high-quality imaging care, perform image-guided procedures, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in Bloomington, Indiana.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with breast surgeons, oncologists, pathologists, and other members of the multidisciplinary care team
• Perform and interpret image-guided breast procedures, including stereotactic, ultrasound-guided, and MRI-guided breast biopsies
• Participate in multidisciplinary conferences and contribute to educational initiatives across the department

Required qualifications

• MD or DO degree
• Board-certified or board-eligible by the American Board of Radiology
• Clinical training or experience in breast imaging, including screening and diagnostic mammography, breast ultrasound, and breast MRI
• Breast imaging fellowship or equivalent experience with strong commitment to breast imaging and MQSA qualification
• Experience performing and interpreting image-guided breast procedures
