Job Summary
A company is looking for a Call Center Representative to support customers through inbound calls and service their unique needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Take inbound calls to assist customers with their insurance needs and offer additional products
- Demonstrate empathy while setting up new claim reports for customers involved in accidents
- Navigate through multiple computer systems to provide effective customer service
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of two years relevant work experience or two years post-secondary education
- For sales roles, a Property & Casualty license is required or must be obtained during training
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in customer service
- Willingness to work a full-time schedule including evenings and weekends
