Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Representative to support customers through inbound calls and service their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take inbound calls to assist customers with their insurance needs and offer additional products
  • Demonstrate empathy while setting up new claim reports for customers involved in accidents
  • Navigate through multiple computer systems to provide effective customer service
Required Qualifications
  • A minimum of two years relevant work experience or two years post-secondary education
  • For sales roles, a Property & Casualty license is required or must be obtained during training
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in customer service
  • Willingness to work a full-time schedule including evenings and weekends
