Job Summary
A company is looking for an RN, Utilization Review - Care Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate member needs and barriers to care, recommending plans for optimal outcomes
- Develop ongoing care plans and collaborate with providers to address member needs
- Provide education to members and their families on healthcare processes and options
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Degree from an Accredited School of Nursing or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- 2 - 4 years of related experience in nursing or care management
- Active RN - Registered Nurse state licensure required
- Preference for candidates with nursing backgrounds in acute/inpatient settings
- Preference for candidates residing in the state of Indiana
