Indiana Licensed Child Psychiatrist

Job Summary

To provide comprehensive mental health care, an Indiana Licensed Child Psychiatrist will deliver evidence-based treatment through virtual 60-minute video appointments, conducting psychiatric evaluations and managing medication for a diverse patient population on a contract basis.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and create individualized treatment plans
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques and medication management strategies for various mental health conditions
• Engage families in the treatment process and provide guidance on mental health issues and care planning

Required qualifications:

• Board-certified or -eligible Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist with an active license in at least one state
• Experience providing telehealth therapy services in a virtual environment preferred
• Proficiency in computer and live video tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Meets)
• Demonstrated skills in family engagement and experience with children, adolescents, and young adults
• Familiarity with JCAHO guidelines and competency in practicing within an accredited framework
