Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Lead, Clinical Care Review.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of Clinical Care Review employees and manage day-to-day workflow
• Ensure quality and productivity standards are met by direct reports and develop workload management plans
• Conduct audits for compliance with policies and regulations and assist in process improvement activities

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Graduate level degree as a mental health professional or Bachelor of Science in Nursing, or equivalent work experience
• One year of Utilization Management/Utilization Review experience is required
• Preferred minimum of five years clinical experience
• Certified Care Manager experience is preferred
• Current, unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse or mental health professional is required
