Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Lead, Clinical Care Review.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day workflow and performance of Clinical Care Review employees
• Monitor healthcare service delivery and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Provide training, feedback, and support to the CCR team while developing process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Graduate level degree as a mental health professional or Bachelor of Science in Nursing, or equivalent experience
• One year of Utilization Management/Utilization Review experience required
• Minimum of five years of clinical experience preferred
• Current, unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse or mental health professional required
• MCG Certification preferred
