Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Dietitian to provide optimal nutrition care for patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide nutrition care for inpatients and outpatients using the Nutrition Care Process
• Plan, organize, implement, and evaluate individualized nutrition education
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to assess and monitor patient nutrition needs

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Master's Degree required or Bachelor's Degree prior to 2024
• 0-3 years of relevant experience
• Registration through the Commission on Dietetic Registration must be obtained within 6 months of start date
• Licensure through the state of Indiana must be obtained within 1 year of start date
• Ability to develop nutritional care plans and demonstrate competency in nutrition focused physical exam
