Job Summary

Providing care to client employees and their dependents, the full-time salaried Indiana Licensed Clinical Quality RN will focus on quality improvement, patient safety, and regulatory compliance while working onsite in Columbus, IN on Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays, and remotely on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Key responsibilities

• Drive quality improvement initiatives and ensure regulatory readiness across the health center
• Manage employee health tracking, clinical competencies, audits, and quality initiatives in collaboration with organizational leaders
• Oversee the policy and document system, including the creation and maintenance of necessary forms and reports

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a healthcare-related field; LPN or RN preferred
• At least 3 years of experience in a healthcare setting with a focus on quality management/programs
• Experience in data and trend analysis, report preparation, and policy/procedure development
• Proficiency in SharePoint and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Experience in the onsite care model is preferred
