Job Summary

To support a busy primary care practice, the full-time Clinical Central Scheduler LPN will manage patient scheduling, coordinate with healthcare providers, and ensure efficient operations in a remote setting after an initial onsite orientation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimize patient scheduling processes to enhance clinic efficiency
• Coordinate communication between patients and healthcare providers regarding appointments and services
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and maintain accurate patient records

Required qualifications

• Completion of an LPN program
• Active Indiana LPN license
• CPR certification required
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a physician office or hospital setting
• Preferred: 2+ years of management experience in a healthcare environment
