Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide virtual outpatient therapy for adult patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations and establish initial treatment plans
• Provide therapy services to patients (ages 18+) with moderate acuity
• Collaborate with a network of support including psychiatry, crisis services, and case managers

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as an independently licensed Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Active Indiana LCSW license required
• Full-time availability (40 hours per week) during EST hours
• Experience treating patients across varying acuity levels
• Telehealth experience preferred
