Job Summary

Providing outpatient services through a telehealth program, the full-time Indiana Licensed Clinical Social Worker will manage client care remotely, working Monday to Friday with flexible shift options while contributing to a mission-driven organization focused on expanding access to mental health care.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outpatient therapy services to clients via telehealth
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual client needs
• Utilize technology effectively for communication and patient management

Required qualifications

• Master's level degree in social work and current Indiana licensure
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States
• Experience with mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis
• Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency is preferred
• Ability to maintain a private workspace compliant with HIPAA regulations
