Job Summary

To provide outpatient services through a telehealth program, the full-time Indiana Licensed Clinical Social Worker will manage patient care remotely, working Monday to Friday with flexible shift options and receiving a comprehensive benefits package.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver outpatient therapy services to clients via telehealth
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual client needs
• Utilize technology effectively for patient interactions and documentation

Required qualifications:

• Master's level degree in social work and valid Indiana licensure
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States
• Ability to maintain a private workspace compliant with HIPAA regulations
• Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency preferred
• Experience in mental health or substance abuse diagnosis and treatment planning
