Job Summary

Providing outpatient services through a telehealth program, the full-time Indiana Licensed Clinical Social Worker will deliver compassionate mental health care remotely while managing client treatment plans and assessments.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans for clients
• Utilize telehealth technology to provide therapy sessions and maintain communication with clients
• Collaborate with clients to achieve their mental health goals and monitor progress

Required qualifications

• Master's level degree in social work and valid Indiana licensure as a Clinical Social Worker
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
• Experience in mental health or substance abuse diagnosis and treatment planning
• Fluency in English; Spanish fluency preferred
• Ability to maintain a private workspace that complies with HIPAA regulations
