Job Summary

Providing outpatient services through a telehealth program, the full-time Indiana Licensed Clinical Social Worker will manage client care remotely, offering mental health support with a flexible Monday to Friday schedule and comprehensive benefits.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outpatient therapy services to a diverse client population via telehealth
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual client needs
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensure patient confidentiality in a remote setting

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in social work and valid Indiana LCSW licensure
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
• Experience with mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is preferred
• Ability to utilize telehealth technology and communication tools effectively
