Indiana Licensed Clinical Transplant Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Transplant Coordinator responsible for managing the transplant process and providing follow-up care.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the management of transplant patients from evaluation through follow-up care
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective communication and care delivery for transplant candidates and recipients
• Facilitate communication among nursing leadership and healthcare professionals to enhance patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Experience demonstrating clinical competency and leadership skills
• Previous clinical practice experience related to transplant programs
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license
• Associate of Nursing (ASN) required; Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
