Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collection Specialist responsible for performing collection activities to recover losses from assigned accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of assigned delinquent accounts
• Initiate contact with debtors to discuss outstanding debts and negotiate payment arrangements
• Document all collection activities in accordance with client standards and Federal Regulations

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in business or related fields preferred
• 0-1 years of experience in collections or related customer service roles
• Basic computing skills
• Ability to obtain required license
• Reliable with the ability to work flexible hours as required
