Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative (Loan/Accounts).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of assigned delinquent accounts
• Initiate contact with debtors to discuss outstanding debts and negotiate payment arrangements
• Document all collection activities in compliance with client standards and Federal Regulations

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred
• 0-1 years of experience in collections or customer service roles
• Basic computing skills
• Must be able to obtain required License
• Ability to work flexible hours as required
