Job Summary
A company is looking for a Call Center Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of assigned delinquent accounts
- Initiate contact with debtors to discuss outstanding debts and negotiate payment arrangements
- Document all collection activities in accordance with client standards and Federal Regulations
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in business or related fields preferred
- 0-1 years of experience in collections or related customer service roles
- Ability to handle difficult conversations and resolve conflicts professionally
- Basic computing skills
- Must be able to obtain required License
