Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Compliance Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and modify product-specific contracts and amendments between Health Plan and Material Subcontractors
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda regarding legislative or regulatory changes affecting vendor and health care provider contracts
• Coordinate department preparations for State Fair Hearings and Questionable Provider Audits

Required Qualifications and Education

• BA degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Five to ten years of experience in progressively broad and challenging roles in an operational area
• Prior experience in a compliance-related role is highly desirable
• 7+ years of combined contract drafting and legal research experience preferred for Indiana plan
• Knowledge of the health care industry, specifically government services and applicable laws and regulations
