Indiana Licensed Contracting Reviewer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensing and Contracting Reviewer to support Producer Solutions Operations in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Review contracting paperwork for accuracy and process transactions while adhering to productivity and quality guidelines
• Respond to and resolve inquiries from field partners in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Identify workflows and recommend system enhancements to improve operational efficiency and accuracy

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2-3 years of client customer support and operations experience
• Experience with licensing and appointments in the financial services industry is preferred
• Ability to navigate multiple systems and databases
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
