Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Accounting Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct monthly financial reviews for accuracy and completeness across multiple clients
• Assist with accounting cleanup tasks including bank reconciliations and revenue/expense coding
• Support bank feed processing and payroll recording as needed

Required Qualifications

• Background in Accounting or basic accounting principles understanding
• Experience with Quickbooks Online (QBO)
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• Ability to learn new concepts through written and hands-on support
• Experience in property management accounting is preferred
