Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Accounting Specialist - Monthly Close Processor.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct monthly financial reviews, ensuring accuracy and completeness of reports for multiple clients
• Assist in accounting cleanup tasks, including bank reconciliations and categorizing financial transactions
• Support payroll recording and bank feed processing as needed

Required Qualifications

• Background in Accounting or understanding of basic accounting principles
• Experience with Quickbooks Online (QBO)
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• Able to understand new concepts with written and hands-on support
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
