Job Summary

To support a dynamic global Supply Chain organization, the part-time Indiana Licensed Corporate Counsel will serve as a trusted legal advisor, managing complex commercial transactions and procurement matters while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver practical, risk-balanced legal guidance across purchasing, commercial transactions, and supplier relationships
• Independently lead high-volume legal matters, including contract negotiations and dispute resolution
• Enhance procurement practices by implementing best practices, providing training, and driving process improvements

Required qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited institution
• Active license to practice law in home jurisdiction (in good standing)
• 3-5 years of experience supporting Supply Chain and/or Procurement in a legal capacity
• 5-10 years of overall legal experience, gained in-house and/or within a law firm
• Deep expertise in supply chain commercial transactions within a manufacturing or industrial environment
