Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Float Licensed Counselor in Indiana.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the treatment team and coordinate decisions regarding member treatment
• Manage a schedule and caseload while collaborating with team members on clinical services
• Conduct 2-3 group therapy sessions and document member progress using outcome measures

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field
• Active Indiana behavioral health license (LCSW, LMHC, LCAC) or associate level status
• Minimum two years of experience leading group therapy in a substance use disorder setting
• High comfort level with technology, including EMR and telehealth software
• Ability to work 2-3 evenings per week as needed
