Job Summary

A company is looking for a Crisis Counselor, fully remote in Fort Wayne, IN.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide empathetic telephonic support to individuals experiencing distress
• Assess emotional and behavioral health concerns, including risk levels
• Maintain accurate documentation and multitask using multiple software systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited 4-year college or university
• Minimum of 1 year direct experience in behavioral health, counseling, or social services
• Indiana residency required for remote work
• Ability to work weekends and holidays post-training
• Must have a distraction-free, private office space with a locking door and reliable internet connection
