Job Summary

Providing compassionate telephonic support, the full-time Indiana Licensed Crisis Counselor will deliver emotional support, risk assessment, and crisis intervention services remotely while engaging with individuals facing a variety of challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Provide empathetic and professional telephonic support to individuals in distress
• Assess emotional and behavioral health concerns, including risk levels and safety issues
• Maintain accurate documentation and manage multiple software systems effectively

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university
• Minimum of 1 year of direct experience in behavioral health, counseling, or social services
• Indiana residency required for remote work
• Ability to maintain a distraction-free, private office space with appropriate internet connectivity
• Willingness to commit to regular availability on weekends and holidays
