Job Summary

Providing compassionate telephonic support, the full-time Indiana Licensed Crisis Counselor will engage with callers experiencing emotional and behavioral challenges, assess risk, and deliver crisis intervention services in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver empathetic and professional telephonic support to individuals in distress
• Assess emotional and behavioral health concerns, including risk levels and safety issues
• Maintain accurate documentation while multitasking across multiple software systems

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university
• Minimum of 1 year of direct experience in behavioral health, counseling, or social services
• Indiana residency is required for remote work
• Ability to maintain a distraction-free, private office space for HIPAA compliance
• Successful completion of a six-week paid virtual training program is required for continued employment
