Job Summary

Providing compassionate telephonic support, the full-time Indiana Licensed Crisis Counselor will engage with callers experiencing emotional and behavioral challenges, performing risk assessments and crisis interventions in a fully remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver empathetic and professional telephonic support to individuals in distress
• Assess emotional and behavioral health concerns and provide appropriate resources and referrals
• Maintain accurate documentation while effectively multitasking across various software systems

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university
• Minimum of 1 year of direct experience in behavioral health, counseling, or social services
• Ability to maintain a secure, HIPAA-compliant home workspace
• Wired, stable internet connection for remote work
• Availability for weekend and holiday shifts post-training
