Job Summary
To provide compassionate emotional support and crisis intervention, the full-time Indiana Licensed Crisis Counselor will engage with callers experiencing various challenges while working remotely from Indiana.
Key responsibilities
- Provide empathetic telephonic support and crisis intervention to individuals in distress
- Assess emotional and behavioral health concerns, including risk levels and safety issues
- Maintain accurate documentation and navigate multiple software systems efficiently
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university
- Minimum of 1 year direct experience in behavioral health, counseling, or social services
- Residency in Indiana is required for this fully remote position
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as part of the regular schedule
