Job Summary
To support the development of leadership training programs, the part-time Indiana Licensed Curriculum Specialist will design and maintain instructional products, co-facilitate courses, and provide backup for the Lead Instructor while working remotely with occasional in-person sessions in Indiana.
Key responsibilities
- Design and update the Junior Leadership Development Training Program, including learning objectives and facilitator guides
- Create content on various leadership topics and develop assessments to measure participant engagement and skill application
- Co-facilitate workshops and virtual sessions, ensuring curriculum alignment with established military standards and feedback improvements
Required qualifications
- At least five years of experience in teaching, training, instructional design, or curriculum development
- Experience in developing competency-based adult-learning content and assessments
- Strong facilitation skills for both classroom and virtual environments
- Excellent writing, editing, and presentation-design skills
- Ability to travel within Indiana and work scheduled evenings or weekends as needed
