Job Summary
A company is looking for an Employee Assistance Program - Team Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Director to monitor and evaluate program services for quality and impact
- Oversee training, implementation, and maintenance of services and programs
- Serve as a primary contact for leader/human resource consultation related to employee concerns
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Master's Degree is required
- 7-10 years of relevant experience
- License to practice clinical counseling in Indiana (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LMHC) and certification as a Certified Employee Assistance Professional
- 3-5 years of experience in the employee assistance field
- Knowledge of crisis intervention techniques and psychosocial assessments
