Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employee Assistance Program - Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Director to monitor and evaluate program services for quality and impact
  • Oversee training, implementation, and maintenance of services and programs
  • Serve as a primary contact for leader/human resource consultation related to employee concerns
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Master's Degree is required
  • 7-10 years of relevant experience
  • License to practice clinical counseling in Indiana (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LMHC) and certification as a Certified Employee Assistance Professional
  • 3-5 years of experience in the employee assistance field
  • Knowledge of crisis intervention techniques and psychosocial assessments
