Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Employee Benefits Consultant - Voluntary Benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Build consulting relationships with employee benefit broker partners and agencies
• Consult with producers to enhance their business and develop new opportunities
• Identify and develop new consulting relationships to meet production goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; Life & health licensing required
• Minimum 5 years' experience selling voluntary benefits
• Established broker network within the defined territory is required
• Must be able to travel 3 days per week on average
• Residence in Indianapolis, IN or Cincinnati, Columbus, or Dayton, OH is required
