Indiana Licensed Endocrinologist
Job Summary
To support a growing telehealth practice, the part-time Indiana Licensed Endocrinologist will conduct patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, all while working remotely on a contract basis.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans via video visits
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to deliver high standards of care
- Maintain accurate patient records and respond to patient inquiries in a timely manner
Required qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited institution
- Active ABIM board certification in Internal Medicine and board eligibility in Endocrinology
- Successful completion of an ACGME-accredited Endocrinology fellowship
- Commitment to obtain ABIM board certification in Endocrinology within one year of hire
- An active, unrestricted professional license in at least one U.S. state
