Job Summary
To provide comprehensive telehealth services, the full-time Indiana Licensed Family Nurse Practitioner will manage patient care focused on hormone optimization and preventive healthcare, working remotely with a schedule of Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver patient care through telemedicine, focusing on hormone management and medical weight loss
- Conduct clinical assessments and make informed medical decisions to enhance patient health outcomes
- Build and maintain strong patient relationships through effective communication and support
Required qualifications
- Active Indiana Family Nurse Practitioner license or Physician Assistant license
- Current Indiana CSR and FULL DEA registration at the time of application
- National Provider Identifier (NPI) number and applicable board certification
- No current or pending malpractice lawsuits
- Experience or strong interest in hormone replacement therapy, women's health, or preventive medicine is preferred
